What is Fuchuan Snowflake Ice?
This store is located in Kaohsiung, near the port of Xizihuan.
From the feel of the store, it seems to have a long history.
There are many shaved ice stores in the area, but I like this one the best.
Kaohsiung is a very cheap place to eat shaved ice, much cheaper than Taipei, so I highly recommend it!

The store look like
The store is marked by a yellow sign and is a little less conspicuous than the other stores.
There is the most famous shaved ice store in Kaohsiung on the other side of the street, so there are often few customers.
But it’s very tasty, so if you’re looking for a good shaved ice without the wait, this is the place for you!
The sitting area is spacious and you can sit freely.
On the wall of the store, there were messages written by customers.
There were quite a lot of letters, so I could feel the long history of the store.
Recommended menu
Our top recommendation is the winter-only strawberry shaved ice!
Mango shaved ice is recommended in the summer season, but strawberry flavor is popular in the winter.
How to Order and Points to Note
There are menus and pens at the checkout counter, so go to your seat and fill out the order form.
When you have finished writing your order, hand in the menu and order form at the checkout counter.
The bill must be paid in advance, and only cash is accepted.
Taste the food
The food I ordered has arrived!
I didn’t hesitate to order the strawberry shaved ice.
And Kaohsiung’s shaved ice is cheap and plentiful!
Fluffy milk-flavored ice topped with ripe strawberries and condensed milk.
You can tell this is going to be good even before you eat it!
When you try it, the ice melts as soon as you put it in your mouth, and you can taste the mild flavor.
The fine ice and elegantly sweet strawberries are the best part.
This menu is not available outside of winter, so why not try the taste of the season?
