1 天廚河粉
This is a Vietnamese restaurant with two branches in Kaohsiung.
Vietnamese cuisine is based on vegetables, so you can enjoy refreshing and healthy food.
It’s one of the most affordable and delicious restaurants in Kaohsiung, so I especially recommend it!

2 拉瓦特印度厨房
This is one of the few Indian restaurants in Kaohsiung where you can enjoy authentic Indian curry.
Indian curry is made with a variety of spices, which are said to help regulate the body’s health.
So, if you’re looking for a healthy dish, I can recommend it!

3 大圓環鴨肉麵
This is a restaurant in Kaohsiung that serves duck meat dishes and is located very close to the Meili Island station.
The calories per 100g of duck meat is said to be 128kl, and it is also known as a high protein and low fat food.
The duck noodle with soy sauce flavoring is very tasty and you should definitely try it.

Are there many vegetarians in Taiwan?
Surprisingly, there are vegetarian restaurants all over the city in Taiwan.
I got the impression that people who are health-conscious, especially vegetarians, often go to the restaurants.
Vegetarian restaurants often have green signs, so they are easy to find.
We don’t eat a lot of raw vegetables in Taiwan, so having such a restaurant is a great help for modern people who are lacking in vegetables.
How to spend a healthy life in Kaohsiung
Finally, I would like to make a health suggestion for those living in Kaohsiung.
Many restaurants have vegetables as side dishes, so you can add one to your meal to keep yourself healthy.
Also, since there are many gyms in the city, it is a good idea to continue exercising at least once a week.
If you don’t have a gym nearby, just walking in the park will be enough exercise for you.
Just make sure you get enough sleep, and live a regular, healthy life!
