I found a restaurant in Kaohsiung that serves too delicious duck rice.

This restaurant is located in an area near the coastal area of Kaohsiung and is popular among locals and tourists.
The restaurant has a unique Kaohsiung atmosphere, and it may take some courage to enter at first, but the taste is exceptional.
The restaurant has a long history, and many people line up every time for the duck dishes prepared by the skilled waiters.
I was there on a weekend and I remember the line was huge.
You don’t see many lines in Taiwan, but then again, good restaurants have lines everywhere!
I recommend getting there early.

Taste of the food
I ordered a large bowl of duck rice!
The turnover is very fast, so you don’t have to wait long to eat.
The rice is topped with pork fat and duck meat.
It cost me $65 Taiwan dollars.
Actually trying it, the sweet and salty sauce and the chewy duck meat was really good!
However, the rice was soft, which was a personal disappointment for me, but I guess it can’t be helped since this is a restaurant that attracts people of all ages…
Usually, duck meat has bones, but this restaurant did not, so it was very easy to eat!

Appearance of the restaurant
The yellow roof and red lettering on the exterior is designed to make you hungry.
The restaurant is very lively and there are always people coming and going.
On weekends, many families come here, so the seats fill up quickly.
If you avoid lunch time, it will be easier to find a place to sit.
The inside of the restaurant
At the entrance, there is a checkout area and a kitchen, so you can watch the food being prepared.
The restaurant is vaulted and has no windows, so it gets very hot in the summer.
Take a seat near the fans!
