Hello everyone! I’m @olivertomolife and I’ve studied in Kaohsiung before!
Have you ever heard of Lao Ma Stir dry Noodles, a Taiwanese noodle soup that’s been getting a lot of attention lately?
Surprisingly, it is already a popular product in Taiwan and is always available in stores.
The fact that it sells so well that it defies Taiwan’s restaurant culture shows how much it is loved.
This time, I’m going to be honest with you about my actual experience with Lao Ma Stir Rice Noodles!
I experienced a working holiday in Kaohsiung for a year starting February 2020. Now I am writing a blog about my experience.
By reading this post, you’ll learn all you need to know about 老媽拌麵!
Thoughts on Lao-Ma dry Noodles with Sour and Hot Sauce
First, let me introduce the contents.
There are four packs inside, with noodles and two kinds of sauce.
As I’ll show you later, here’s the cooked version!
The sourness and the aroma of the spices are very appetizing.
And when you actually try it, the elasticity of the noodles and the flavor of the sauce is absolutely divine!
It’s a taste you won’t find in Japan, so I hope you’ll try it for yourself.
By the way, even a single serving was enough to satisfy me.
