Part of Kiki Restaurant’s product line since 1991, Sha Cha dry noodles is a popular Taiwanese barbecue sauce mixed rice noodle soup.
These exquisite dried noodles are served with a special sauce made from a mixture of carefully selected fishmeal, garlic, and scallions.
At Kiki, the focus tends to be on the leek oil mix noodles, but this product is also a hidden gem and has many fans.

Cooking Method
It’s easy to cook, and ready to go!
First, bring the water to a boil and then add the noodles to the pot.
Boil the noodles for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally if you like.
While they are boiling, prepare a bowl and add the sauce.
When the noodles are done boiling, move them to a colander and drain the water.
When you’re done, move the noodles to your bowl and you’re done!
Mix the noodles and sauce thoroughly, and you can add green onions or ham if you like.
