1 Repressed Records

Even if you’re not interested in music, Repressed Records has a lot of vintage items to enjoy.





If you are a music lover, this is a place you must check out.





If you want to be surrounded by countless pieces of music, this is the place to go!





I think this is a place where you can encounter music that you have never encountered before.

2 Cafe Newtown

Cafe Newtown is located near the train station and is open from 6:00 in the morning.





I have fond memories of waking up early and strolling around the city, stumbling upon this store, and having a delicious cup of coffee.





I always had a hard time deciding what to eat for breakfast because all the items on the menu looked so delicious.





It’s a popular cafe in town, so be sure to try it out!

3 Gigi Pizzeria

How about having lunch at Gigi Pizzeria?





It’s a great pizza place, well known by those in the know, and it’s open during lunch time, so it’s a good target!





In the evening, the place becomes more like a pub and attracts many customers.

4 Cow &The Moon

When it comes to desserts in Newtown, I definitely recommend Cow &The Moon!





Cow &The Moon is a place where you can taste the most delicious gelato made with rich milk.





And they have so many different kinds that it’s hard to choose just one every time.





If it’s your first time there, go for the strawberry and mango flavors!

5 The University of Sydney

Although a bit far from the Newtown train station, the University of Sydney is famous for its beautiful Harry Potter-like campus.





The campus is open to the public, so it’s worth a visit.





Why don’t you enjoy the best view of the nature?





It is a very large university, so please be careful not to get lost.

Not far from Central Station, Newtown is a city where you can feel the diversity of culture, with King Street as the center, fashionable cafes and general merchandise.
