I studied abroad in Sydney for a year starting in 2018. Now I am writing a blog about my experience.

What is Lebanese food?
Lebanese food is a traditional cuisine made of grains, fruits, vegetables and fish.
Meat is often use red meat from lamb or goat.
Many dishes are prepared with garlic, olive oil and lemon sauce.
Falafel, a dish made with chickpeas, is particularly famous and is popular among vegetarians.
Lebanese cuisine does not use a lot of spices, although it shares many dishes with the cuisine of the neighboring countries of Syria and Israel.
What is El Jannah?
El Jannah is a Lebanese restaurant with nine locations in Sydney.
It is one of the largest chains in Australia, all of which are located in Sydney.
The restaurant is famous for its chicken dishes cooked on an authentic grill, giving you a taste of the real thing.
There’s something different about the taste of chicken from the famous fast food restaurants, so go try it!

Recommended menu
The recommended menu is the chicken plate, a breaded dish with special sauces and ingredients.
This is the most popular menu item in the restaurant, so try it.

Place your order at the ordering area in the restaurant.
You can pay by cash or card.
Some restaurants have ATMs in the store, but I do not recommend using them.
Be sure to prepare your money in advance.
Taste of the food
I ordered the chicken plate!
It consists of chicken, yogurt, pickles, and thin bread.
I recommend wrapping the bread with the pickles, yogurt, and chicken!
The chicken is well grilled and the ingredients are very tasty.
The chicken is spiced up and the yogurt goes great with it!
Recommended for lunch or when you want to eat a lot.
