1 魯十二魯肉飯
魯十二魯肉飯 is a restaurant located in Liouhe Night Market near Meilidao in Kaohsiung.
The store has nine branches in Taiwan, most of which are in Kaohsiung, so it may have originated in Kaohsiung.
The staff at the restaurant was kind enough to explain the menu to us.
The restaurant is clean, and the luroufan rice is delicious and refreshing!

龍門客桟肉燥飯 is a fried rice restaurant located near Xinyi Guoxiao Station.
It was established in 1991 and is popular for its unchanged taste.
The menu is simple and the turnover is fast, making it a great place for a quick snack.
The prices are low and the food is delicious, so I highly recommend it.

3 錦田肉燥飯
錦田肉燥飯 is conveniently located just 30 seconds from Xinyi Guoxiao Station.
The restaurant is open from 4:30 in the morning, making it a popular breakfast place in Kaohsiung.
The food is very inexpensive, and it’s all delicious, so I highly recommend it!
The portions are small, so it’s a good idea to order side dishes as well.

Characteristics of Doughy Rice in Kaohsiung
First of all, in Kaohsiung, luroufan is called rouzaofan, and the name differs between the northern and southern parts of Taiwan.
Both are the same in that they are made of shredded pork seasoned with soy sauce and sugar and stewed.
However, in the north, they use pork that includes the fat of the pork cubes, while in the south, they often use pork that includes red meat and is stewed.
In Kaohsiung, I felt there was no real detailed classification, so I don’t think you need to worry about it.
